Important Changes & Guidelines
1. Player Conduct & Issues: Player disputes are strictly between the players involved. Most of our players are adults and are responsible for managing their own differences. The tournament staff will not intervene in disputes—please handle disagreements respectfully and maturely.
2. Payouts & Match Forfeits: Payouts are based on your final finish. To receive payment, you must complete your matches. If a match is forfeited, the payout for that position will be added to the first-place prize. Splits are permitted if all players agree.
3. Tournament Policy: We ask only that all participants treat the venue, tables, staff, and fellow players with respect. If you have an issue with the tournament or the way its run please feel free to open a dialog with the TD. TD's has final say on all matters weather you like their response or not. If you cannot adhere to the above, please refrain from attending as you will not be allowed to play.
4. Balls: Whatever balls are at the venue you're welcome to use. These will be used balls and not tour quality. We will no longer be selling or renting balls. Please feel free to bring your own ball our use the provided balls.
5. Tournament Entry Fees & Proof of Purchase: Entry fees will range from $15 to $20, with $5-$10 allocated toward payouts. If you provide a recent receipt of a purchase of $5 or more from any of the host’s venues, your entry fee is reduced be -$5. Without proof of such purchase, the entry fee remains at $15-20. (Note: Receipts can only be used once per night and must be from venues owned by the host.) Currently Case and Bucks is $5 per paid player allocated to payouts and Dogwood is $10 per paid player allocated to payouts.
6. Tournament Structure : All Tournaments are Open DYP double elimination. Tournaments can change check website and Facebook for complete details.
7. Due to only 2 tables: If 17 or more players attend an event the event can be changed to double elimination with 2/3 winners side and race to 7 in the losers rounds until 3/4th place which will switch back to a 2/3 match until the end of the tournament. This can be modified by the TD if needed based on time constraints but is the general rule.
8. Free entries: All free entries will not be in the draw and will be paired together or with a paid player that chooses to play with them. If the free player can not be teamed up with another free or paid player they will not be entered.
9. New players: up to 3 free entries for new players. After 3 entries players must pay full price
